Corporate Douche Bags Sing One

I can't believe the earnestness with which these guys wail. I felt like Beavis and Butthead in stunned silence upon seeing the Vanilla Ice Video. World peace and unity, and a bank merger, hey it's all the same.

Which is worse, this video or the one of Karl Rove rapping?

(By the way, when does the Rove Drove Album drop?)

Comeon.. he was okay. This guy still has a soul left. The corporate world hasn't totally sucked it out dry yet. He hasn't fallen totally to the darkside.

Karl Rove rapping on the other hand was like watching the grim reaper sing "I'm a little teapot", or John Wayne Gacy sing "Be a Clown". It was just creepy.

What strikes me is the title, "corporate douche bag", as if corporations are evil.

What kind of nation would we be without corporations and companies that accomplish the necessary work and provide the necessary
employment?

Conventions, reunions and other such gatherings often involve silly skits, impromptu entertainment, etc. all designed to get people to relax and have fun outside of the normal pressure cooker of a day.

It's actually a Geisha concept, like when Japanese executives visit Geisha houses and do silly games and songs; hardly things they would do at a board meeting, but as a way to relieve stress and recharge batteries.

Could there ever be a Corporate Executive that is not a douche bag in your mind? What did this gentleman do to earn that title, other than possibly embarass himself in front of his peers, which is the whole idea in the first place.

Corporations are pretty evil. Ever hear of Enron, Lucent and Tyco to name a few. Go watch the documentary called The Corporation.

Perhaps if we didn't have oligarchy, we wouldn't have the military industrial complex running amok in Iraq, plundering of the third world's resources and exploitation of the people in those poor countries in their sweatshops for 50 cents an hour, corporate welfare for pharmaceutical companies and others as the lobbyists write the laws and get pliant, corrupt numbnuts to get their members to "not" regulate those industries, shareholders get ripped off by out of control CEOS and their lavish payscales, the ridiculous and widening gap between rich and middle class, the raping of the environment and the spread of well funded disinformation on climate change, health care for those that need it and our culture homogenized by the McDonaldsification of America as they market sickeningly unhealthy food to children.

This wasn't a joke, these guys were serious.

To answer your question, I would say the overwhelming majority are soulless douche bags so knee deep in that conformist culture they aren't even aware of their own douchebaggery, but it is good on a personal financial level if you do sell your soul, join them and don't give a damn about the nameless, faceless people exploited around the world for greater profits.
