Hi Jeff,I've been reading your blog almost since you started up.I've posted a couple of times already. I'm Joe & lived on Saipan for 4 & half years,6 months out of the year. I'm spending my 6 months a year now in the Philippines (Kalibo,really Boracay)! It's much cheaper here than Saipan ! Will be heading back to the Northeast U.S. in April. Keep up the good work! Joe
