Another Day in Paradise

Angelo first deleted and then outed Marconi on his blog, no not that way, the repeated pic of Marconi with the guy with no shirt on in the paper gave that away to the clueless, because Angelo is not happy with the anonymous attacks on him at Middle Road, who then removed Angelo's comment on their latest post. Harry's blog has gone private, and the new diving venture is already teetering over a rift in that community over something Richard Sikkel had to say about Harry taking out Navy divers. Glen is needlessly attacking New Jersey as the armpit of the United States. He's mad I didn't reference his hometown in my first column, but I noted it got enough publicity when Deliverance came out, so bite me Glen. Boni and Bree had a small ripple, that I think is settled, on this blog. Charles P. Reyes, Jr., who is on record with his hostilities to PSS, is not assuring people that there won't be a crime of theft of services committed by the government against 1,000 plus PSS personnel. The commisioner is away according to the paper, and I hope he is back soon to either solve this problem or cancel school next week. Another week in paradise.

Me and Bree? Nah. You said it best. Twas a small ripple.

See my comment 28 to your Sunday, September 2, 2007 post, about frivolous claims of fraud or theft of services, and the actual option of involuntary bankruptcy.

CPR Jr. needs to focus on washing the governor's dirty laundry (spinning). He gives good bald people a bad name.

What is whacky about suing someone who cheats you? What is frivolous about that? I wouldn't be suing Mcdonalds because the coffee was hot. I have already worked and they are already threatening not to pay.

I missed Boni Vs Bree. When was that?

Jeff said...

It wasn't a big thing. On the first PSS is not paying us post I think.

no one needs to out me jeff, duh? ive always been out and proud about it but dont ask those who still are in their dirty closets. my mom knows about me, my bosses knows about me, and every one else...so please no need to be homophobic about it.

we dont care if sblogger deletes us in his link. Maybe we should change our blog title or someone else's to Saipan and other random Hypocrytical thoughts....

Saipanmiddleroad deleted SBlogger's comment because we have a rule in our blog not to mention our real names (like you don't know it yet) but that's our rules and it's our blog right? You can delete this as well, it's your blog.

I'm not homophobic about anything, I'm breaking your chops with a double entendre.

Don't let this little fight with Angelo kill your sense of humor.

Good reason on your deletion and where's the love.

ripple? what ripple? a healthy exchange. man, in my family, quality time at the table involved a debate on something either social or political. and we all mostly agree, with me being slightly more to the left than the rest of my family members. we disagree, argue whatever, and then laugh and go on until the next argument. nothing personal, no hurt feelings (only sometimes). But most importantly no grudges or judgement. We just disagree.

for example jeff, i disagree with your assessment of the US and the lack of friendliness, beauty etc. but i'm not from new jersey, i'm from washington (state that is) and things run a little differently in the northwest. even in spokane with 500,000 people we joke about the small town feel and how you always run into someone you know or who knows someone you know. its called 6 degrees of spokanation. and it works here too. ;) and what's up with the pseudonym complaints. i don't go by bree! and what the heck did richard say????? we could make our own soap opera;0

and the atlantic is green because its full of plankton which is the primary source of oxygen on our planet. so quit your bitchin:) you know why its clear here? because warm ocean waters can't support as much life due to the fact that oxygen doesn't dissolve as well in warm water. so the ocean is practically sterile aside from life around the fringes of reefs and benthic areas. so if the ocean looked like it does here in new jersey we'd be in deep shit.

Jeff said...

The Atlantic is ugly, sorry. It was a statement on aesthetics, not environmental science, which I thought obvious.

I don't know what pseudonym complaints means or who richard is that you are talking about. If you aren't bree anymore, it is news to me.

Taking offense is a ripple, it was settled. I don't think I dramatized what happened.

Bree Reynolds said...

no you didn't. i'm just talking about all the drama in general. its silly really. i'm just jabbing, poke poke ;) and seattle's traffic is horrendous!!!

not to mention the pretentious attitudes;) maybe we could each do a post about our favorite places in the US. i like minneapolis and chicago, but i'm a public transit gal. cities don't seem so bad when you don't have to drive a car.

Bon said...

I love San Diego. I love D.C. too. I love drama and debate. I love New York. Okay, I've never been to NY, but it sounded good.

The Atlantic, especially at what passes for 'beaches' in NJ and other northern states, is not only green but cold as hell even in the summer. Rocks and dirt do not constitute a very pleasant beach but that is what they have there. It shows just how badly humans need to get away from the cities on occasion. Of course, when Northeasterners go to the 'shore' they are likely to encounter a human crowding condition that exceeds the one they left behind in the city.

On the whole, NJ is a beautiful place. The whole Delaware River Valley in the western part of the state from Trenton/Princeton north is gorgeous. The southern ine barrens are wonderful. Even Aatlantic City, even though I made fun of it's beach, is a pretty neat place to go. Hey where else can you find Boardwalk and Park Place?

I've traveled all over the US and have found facinating people and sights nearly evreywhere.

My favorite spot in the US? Away from it.

Western NJ is gorgeous. It has the pine barrens, and appalachian trail and the delaware water gap. Atlantic City is good if you like a garish display of lights. There are also a lot of high paying jobs -- generally where the Manhatten people live when they have a family and want a little more space and some greenery. NJ is also one of the 13 original colonies and the site of several Revolutionary War battles -- and home to Bruce Springsteen. The Italian food in NJ is better than the Italian food in Rome in my opinion -- helps to have a lot of Italians there.

The U.S. has a lot beauty. I didn't say it didn't. It also has a lot of crowds, a lot of depersonalizing technology and other issues that make this place a nice, though hardly perfect, alternative.

and the new diving venture is already teetering over a rift

Couldn't be further from the truth jeff. Eagle Rays will be saved and we will put this place on the world diving map mark my words.

I'm rooting for you Mike, and plan to help.
